Reference implementations

Canonical illustrative cases — the deployment archetypes the platform was built against, the worked examples that show the operational primitives in motion, the dogfooding posture that validates the architecture in production.

These are not customer testimonials. The platform is in early deployment; specific customer outcomes will be added under signed reference agreements as the program matures. What's here is the structural reference — the kinds of operations Canary is designed for, framed honestly as illustrative rather than as customer claims.

Page What it is
Specialty regional retailer — ICP archetype The canonical Ideal Customer Profile, framed as a deployment archetype: private regional chain, multi-state regulatory complexity, aging backoffice infrastructure. The platform's capability set was designed against this profile.
Single-store worked example — Solex A working single-store implementation that exercises the platform's cart-and-checkout invariants, inventory model, and event flow. Solex is illustrative — it shows what the operational primitives look like in a working system.
GrowDirect on Canary — internal reference The platform's first customer is its own builder. Every architectural claim made on this site is testable against the running internal posture.
PwC Best Practices benchmarks Documented Fortune 500 outcomes from 1997–1999 (PetSmart / Marks & Spencer era) — the evidentiary foundation for the platform's financial automation thesis.

What's NOT here

Customer testimonials. Engagement screenshots. ROI calculators with specific numbers tied to specific named customers.

The platform does not lead with claims it cannot substantiate. What we can substantiate today: the architecture works (we run on it), the benchmarks are real (PwC documented them at scale), the deployment archetype is specific (Murdoch's-class retailers with multi-state regulatory complexity). What we cannot substantiate today: GA-customer outcome metrics. Those come as the program matures and the customers sign off on attributable reference content.
